Acceptance of Terms of Service

Sheila Elliott Blog reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately, without notice, suspend or terminate, upon any breach by you of these Terms or otherwise, your registration(s) with or ability to access the Sheila Elliott Blog Network and/or any other service, specific content, digital products, products, courses or events, provided to you by Sheila Elliott Blog.
4. Upon expiration or termination of these Terms, you shall promptly discontinue use of the Sheila Elliott Blog Network. In addition, the sections titled Term and Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and General will survive any termination of this Agreement.
Community Guidelines and Unacceptable Content
1. You agree to comply with the Sheila Elliott Blog Community Guidelines.
2. You alone are responsible for the content of your contributions to the Sheila Elliott Blog Network, and any consequences of such content. Sheila Elliott Blog reserves the right to terminate your registration or ability to access the Sheila Elliott Blog Network if it becomes aware and determines, in its sole discretion, that you are violating any of the Community Guidelines.
3. If you are concerned about any Content on the Sheila Elliott Blog Network, we urge you to click on the appropriate link that appears at the bottom of every post and to contact us whenever you see Unacceptable Content that violates these Community Guidelines.
Rights and Usage

3. Remedies

General

4. Waiver. Any waiver or failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement on one occasion will not be deemed a waiver of any other provision or of such provision on any other occasion.

These Terms, and your rights and obligations herein, may not be assigned, subcontracted, delegated, or otherwise transferred by you without Sheila Elliott Blog’s prior written consent, and any attempted assignment, subcontract, delegation, or transfer in violation of the foregoing will be null and void.
6. Independent Contractors. Your relationship to Sheila Elliott Blog is that of an independent contractor, and neither party is an agent or partner of the other. You will not have, and will not represent to any third party that it has, any authority to act on behalf of Sheila Elliott Blog.
7. Export. You agree not to export, directly or indirectly, any U.K. technical data acquired from Sheila Elliott Blog or any products utilizing such data, to countries outside the United Kingdom, in violation of the United Kingdom export laws or regulations.
8. Entire Agreement. These Terms are the final, complete and exclusive agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and merges all prior discussions between the parties with respect to such subject matters.
